A rhetorical question. God was condemning his anger. So he reacts much like he did in the beginning of the book (verse 5) - run away from God's will. Is there anything God is trying to tell you that you are running from, that you are fighting? Is there anything He is trying is bring into your life, or to do, and you are fighting, refusing to accept?
