Zacharias at this point, by naming his son John, acknowledged the truth in what Gabriel had told him, so his tongue was freed.
Zacharias was not bitter nor complaining, even though God had placed him in undesirable circumstances, not being able to speak. How do we react when God is doing something specific in our lives that we don't really like?
