Luke 15:6 - Additional Comments

From the sheep's perspective, what he lost and found was the protection and care given by the master. From the master's perspective, what he lost and found was the presence and relationship with the sheep. This is what God desires of us. Jesus was sent to seek and to save the lost (Luke 19:10). Jesus, His own son, is the One whom He sent to bring the sheep back.
