Again, we are seeing the arrogance of the disciples (see also vss 46, 49). We are not seeing a passion for people. They will learn, but we're not seeing it yet.
We need to be careful about condemning the disciples, for we too don't have the passion for people as we should. May we be more aware of this, to focus away from ourselves and on others.
