Mark 13:9

But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

In effect this has been fulfilled, for Christians certainly over the years have been fulfilled, looking at all the martyrs over the years.
Here we see other events that signal "the end" - the persecution of Christians. Verse 11 tells what to do in these situations.
Note that when we are brought before the rulers, Jesus is telling us we are to take the opportunity at that time to give our Christian testimony.
