Matthew 9:24 - Additional Comments

Wow - they ridiculed Jesus, the One through whom all things were created (Col 1:15-16). Their ridicule didn't last long, for once the girl was raised, their noise was changed from ridicule to lifting Him up to others (vs 26). Their tune changed quickly, but not everyone is that way. Everyone will eventually acknowledge who Jesus is (Phil 2:9-10), but unfortunately some after it is too late. How many today ridicule Him or those who follow Him; but one day their ridicule will change to acknowledging too that He is Lord.
