See vss 12-15. How are we to have this good inward attitude? Be in the word of life, and even more so, know it well, for we are to hold it fast.
There is nothing more encouraging to a Christian ("that I may rejoice") than to see these kind of results in those you work with, knowing that all that time and effort you put into these lives was not in vain, but had results.
