Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.

2 Tim 4:6 "For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand."
Paul in effect is saying he is willing to give his life for them, for their faith. This was a joy for him. This is how much he had a passion for others, for their spiritual growth.
Helping others grow spiritually is one of those odd situations where the more you give to others, the more you get. Helping others grow spiritually will help you grow spiritually.
