Philippians 2:19 - Additional Comments

Paul, in prison, cannot visit the Philippians, so he hopes to send Timothy to them. Notice that Timothy is ready and able to do ask Paul asks - he is not going on his own initiative, but is set to do whatever Paul wishes. He has placed himself under Paul's leadership, and obeys Paul in his requests.
