Romans 14:13

Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.

We need to be careful about determining what a person is to do for God - that is between them and God. We need to avoid judging others if we feel they are not doing the ministry we feel they should be in. For example, a parent's primary ministry might be their family for a season, yet the church might wonder why they are not more involved... in church ministry.
