This describes the law as holy, just, and good, which it is.
Psalm 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

Note that the law reveals both the nature and character of God and the nature and character of man.
This law is different than the law we find in our legal system, because this law also rules over what is taking place in the heart and mind.
