Romans 7:18

For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

Romans 7:18 - Additional Comments

We often put Paul on a pedestal, where regarding sin he seems above it all. This passage is very revealing, and confirming that every Christian struggles with sin. There is none who does good, no not one (Psalm 14:1, Romans 3:10).
What this means is that no matter who you know who appears righteous or completely on track with God, they too struggle with sin.
