Mark 8:11 - Additional Comments

The Pharisees kept coming after Him, kept tracking Him down (see all vs 7:1). They were testing Him, not to prove that He was actually from God, but to prove that Jesus was not. It bothered Jesus (His heavy sign in verse 12) that they were not earnestly looking to get close to God. This was more of a show to them, Jesus was not going to play their game, and refused to give them the sign they wanted. Jesus wanted people who were looking for faith and truth.
