But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

We so often focus on Romans 8:28, but this verse promises so much more. Romans 8:28 seems to be more passive, whereas this verse shows what God has prepared ahead of time for us. These things have been freely given to us (vs 12).
