1 Corinthians 5:11

But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

If there is a person in the church who is regularly practicing these things, it can only bring the body of the church down, so you need to avoid people like this.
The funny thing is God views it as much more damaging if a Christian is living this way and affecting you than if a non-Christian is living this way (vss 9-10).
