In Acts 26:24 Festus was the Roman procurator of Judea. Paul explained to him and the other ruling Romans his conversion and relationship with Christ. They didn't understand - Festus asked Paul if he was crazy.
When you dance, but those who watch cannot hear the music, you look crazy.
1 Peter 4:4 says others think it is strange when you do not run with them in evil and dissipation (wasteful activities), not doing the same things they do. They speak evil of you when you don't.
