Ephesians 5:3 - Additional Comments

Fornication - the term here means any form of sexual sin, including incest, adultery, sex outside of marriage, etc. It also implies the thought life - Matt 5:27-28. And therefore, it includes the things that foster the wrong thought life.
Uncleanness - moral impurity, i.e. anything impure. Purity is the righteous acts like God, impurity is anything against God's laws. "Unclean" has strict meaning according to the Old Testament. But here it generally means anything that would be other acts against God's law not covered by the other 2 words. They are immoral acts.
Covetousness -- any unhealthy desire or greed -- it could be for a woman, for money, for power, for a position, for a thing (car, house), etc. See Ex 20:17.
