Once again Moses is having self doubts.
Moses is asking "Why God?!" It is so hard to be patient with God's will sometimes, not knowing where it will lead. It is hard to accept God's will when it is so painful. These people soon learned what God's great plans were for them, but we don't often see the end of the tunnel so quickly.
