Genesis 3:14

And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

Note that God asks both Adam and Eve (verse 11, 13) about their actions, but not the serpent. Instead of "What have you done?", we read "Because you have done this".
There are 3 curses on the serpent -- 1. travel on belly 2. eat dust every day 3. enmity between you and women
