Genesis 42:6 - Additional Comments
Funny how simple it sounds = "and Joseph's brothers came". The distance between Jerusalem and Cairo is about 260 miles, so this was no simple trip. Also, this is roughly the same distance the nation of Israel would later travel after leaving the bondage of Egypt. If they travelled at 3 miles an hour, and travelled for 10 hours a day, it would take about 9 days of straight, exhausting travel. Or longer.
