John 4:15

The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

Translations

The woman said to Him, Sir, give me this water, so that I may never get thirsty nor have to come [continually all the way] here to draw.

The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come all the way hither to draw.

The woman said to him, Sir, give me this water, so that I may not be in need again of drink and will not have to come all this way for it.

The woman says to him, Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst nor come here to draw.

The woman said to him, "Sir, give me this water, so that I will not be thirsty or have to come here to draw water."

The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.

La mujer le dijo*: Señor, dame esa agua, para que no tenga sed ni venga hasta aquì a sacarla.

The woman said, "Sir, give me this water so I won’t ever get thirsty, won’t ever have to come back to this well again!"

The woman *said to Him, "Sir, give me this water, so I will not be thirsty nor come all the way here to draw."

"Señor," Le dijo la mujer, "dame esa agua, para que no tenga sed ni venga hasta aquì a sacarla."

The woman said to him, "Sir, give me this water, so that I don`t get thirsty, neither come all the way here to draw."

The woman saith unto him, `Sir, give me this water, that I may not thirst, nor come hither to draw.`

She still does not yet comprehend the meaning of His Words. She is ready to receive this water to satisfy her physical need.
