John 6:6 - Additional Comments
Jesus was thinking "Philip - don't panic, this is only a test!" How often does He say that to you? How often do you realize that, and do what God wants, or how often do you fail and panic? Where any of you tested this week? When tested, remember these words -- "Don't panic, this is only a test!"
And what were the results of the test? Philip was taken to the next level. That's what God wants to do with us in each test. See James 1:2-4.
Does faith grow more in times of need that in times of plenty? Don't we want to increate our faith? (Mark 9:24) Should we then value times of need more than times of plenty?
