Mark 5:34 - Additional Comments

Her physical need caused her to experience a personal encounter with the Lord, which is her greatest need.
God wants us to be healthy (Deu 5:33, Psa 92:12-14, Prov 3:7-8, Prov 4:20-22, Prov 12:18, Prov 13:12, Prov 13:17, Prov 14:30, Prov 15:30, Prov 16:22, Prov 16:24, Prov 17:22, Mat 4:23, Mat 10:1, Mat 25:36-40, 1 Cor 11:29-30, 2 Cor 12:6-10, James 5:14-15, James 5:16). We are to present out bodies as a pure, clean, living sacrifice to Him (Rom 12:1).
It is always God's will that we be healed and healthy spiritually, but it is not always His will that we be healed and healthy physically (Matthew 9:2-7, 2 Cor 12:6-10). Yet, we see that God wants us to be healthy. He works all things to draw us to Him. The more we draw unto Him, the healthier we can be. As we draw to Him, he gives us what we ask, what are the desires of our heart.
Psalm 37:4 "Delight yourself also in the LORD, And He shall give you the desires of your heart."
