Matthew 2:10 - Additional Comments

See comments on verse 1. They felt all that effort was tremendously worth it! What sacrifice would we make to be with Jesus, to see Him?
Let's say God came directly to you and talked to you about your fate, like in A Christmas Carol (with the 3 ghosts and the Scrooge), except real. He showed you hell, so you fully understood the horror of it, then He showed you heaven, so you fully understood the beauty of it. He showed you eternity, so you understood how long it really is. Then He showed you Jesus, and you watched Him die. You were able to see what His death really meant, how it allows sinners to have a relationship with God by forgiveness of sins. Then he placed you back in your circumstances. After that, how far would you be willing to go to become a Christian? What sacrifices would you be willing to make? How would your Christian walk be different? And what would you think about telling others about Him?
