Have this same attitude - comforting, loving, fellowship, affection, mercy - without end or measure. And do these things in unison. All should be doing this.
Be careful not to demand this of others, yet you can still encourage others in this direction. Most importantly, focus on yourself, so that these are characteristic of you. If each person does this, like-mindedness will be accomplished, as will unity.
Unity is far deeper than consenting to a common creed; form of worship; or participation in a common task. It is unity of heart, soul, and mind.
