Philippians 2:15

That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

Philippians 2:15 - Additional Comments

Verse 13 says not only are we to do what God wants, but our will, our interests and desires, should be to do them. Verse 14 says we are to have the inward support of doing these things, not with a negative or complaining spirit. This is what really distinguishes us, what makes us "shine as lights in the world".
This also gives us a clue as to what we can focus on to shine as lights - just having an upbeat, non-whining attitude. This will distinguish us a Christians.
